Tele Counselor – Karnal Office

• Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding admission inquiries and generate office Walkins.
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Guide students through the admission process and encourage them to apply.
• Maintain records of calls and student details in CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure admission closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and admission targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi required, local language preferred).
• Prior experience in tele counseling, tele sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Patience and professionalism in handling queries.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
