Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end production process of woven sacks, including extrusion, lamination and finishing process. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and present production reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational data to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Plastics Engineering, Production Engineering, Polymer Technology, or a related field. Education from CIPET is an added advantage. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the woven sack manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Technical Skills: Knowledge of PP/HDPE woven sack production processes. Experience in handling extrusion, weaving looms, lamination, and finishing machines. Leadership & Management Skills: Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team, including supervisors, machine operators, and technical staff at floor. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.
