Role HR Recruiter Intern

Location: Barra-2, Kanpur

Position: HR Recruiter Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
Internship Duration: 60 Days
Post Internship (Full-Time): ₹15,000 per month

Work Mode:

• 3 Days Onsite (Barra-2, Kanpur)
• 3 Days Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in fluent English.
• Learn all aspects of recruitment with close guidance from the HR team.
• Have the capability to lead and manage a small team (3 recruiters) in the future after proper training.
• Core responsibility will be managing and driving results through your team.
