Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue generation by reaching out to potential clients and wellness partners. Generate and nurture leads through various channels including cold calling, field visits, events, and digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns that increase brand visibility and footfall. Participate in local events, health fairs, and community programs to promote services. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports and insights. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and maintaining relationships. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or FMCG sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets. Strong coordination skills to work with internal marketing and creative teams. Fluency in English and Malayalam. Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about health and wellness. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
