Key Responsibilities: · Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable process including invoice verification, approvals, and payments. · Perform Bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. · Conduct Bank Reconciliation (BRS) on a daily/monthly basis. · Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per statutory requirements. · Assist in GST compliance, including preparation and reconciliation of data for GST filings. · Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups. · Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely payments to avoid interest or penalties. · Support monthly and year-end closing activities. · Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audits. · Work closely with internal teams for resolving payment or accounting issues. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher in Accounting/Finance. · 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. · Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and accounting principles. · Proficiency in SAP or any major ERP/accounting software. · Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) preferred. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
