Job Title:

Service Support Executive / Manager

Location: Jasola, New Delhi – 110025

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Industry: UPS Manufacturing

Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Education: Graduate (minimum qualification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
• Liaise with the OEM (Eaton) to ensure smooth processing of service claims.
• Provide efficient pre- and post-sales service support to customers.
• Maintain and update service records, schedules, and follow-ups regularly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with power quality products is an added advantage.
• Well-organised and customer-service focused.
