To oversee and manage all legal matters and commercial contracts related to the company’s operations, including litigation, regulatory compliance, land & property issues, commercial agreements, and vendor negotiations, ensuring the company operates within the law and maintains sound commercial practices. Commercial Responsibilities Manage vendor agreements, rate contracts, purchase orders, and payment terms negotiations. Evaluate and approve commercial terms in procurement and project-related contracts. Coordinate with the purchase and project teams to align legal and commercial interests. Oversee document control related to commercial negotiations and contracts. Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals. Handle insurance claims, registration of assets, and related documentation. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputed institution. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in legal & commercial roles Strong knowledge of land laws, commercial laws, contract laws, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills. Proven ability to handle litigation and liaise with authorities, advocates, and government departments.
