Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Ensure adherence to project specifications, regulations, and quality standards. Monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct site inspections and oversee safety measures to maintain a safe working environment. Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction activities. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (10-15 years) in civil engineering and project management, preferably in government projects like CPWD, DRDO, HAL, Refineries, etc. Strong understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with relevant software applications for project management and design. Willingness to relocate as per project requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in project management or related field is a plus.
