Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer - Liabilities located in Dharmanagar & Kumarghat .The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining client communication, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

• Business Relationship Management and Finance skills
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Sales skills to drive business growth
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the banking sector is beneficial
