Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on packaging machinery (such as filling, sealing, labeling, and wrapping machines). Assist in mechanical adjustments, part replacements, and performance checks. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime. Machine Setup & Operation Support: Support machine setup and changeovers during product shifts. Ensure smooth operation of packaging lines during production. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spares usage records. Adhere to plant safety, quality, and hygiene standards during maintenance activities. Collaboration: Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance planning. Ensure readiness of equipment for shift operations and minimize stoppages.
