Should be able to perform the Stress calculations, MSOT and MAWP calculations for piping and pressure equipment. Should be able to model pressure vessel and heat exchangers in design software for analysis/ assessment. Should be conversant with code applicability and material selection criteria. Desired skills: Familiarity with industry codes such as ASME 31.3, Sec-II, Sec-V, Sec-VIII Div.1 & Div.2, Sec-IX, API-510, API-570, API for valves and commonly used ASME, API & ASTM codes. Hands on experience on tools such as PV-Elite, Plant Manager, CAESAR II, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Nozzle Pro, etc. – (Must know at least two mentioned in the list) Demonstrated organizational, coordination, planning, interface and technical judgment skills. Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities. Good leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
