This is a full-time, residential position. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of all hostel residents. Supervise daily routines including wake-up calls, attendance, and meal schedules. Enforce hostel rules and maintain order within the premises. Maintain accurate records: student attendance, visitor logs, room allocations, and incident reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for cleanliness and repairs. Provide mentorship and emotional support to students during personal or academic challenges. Be available 24/7 to address emergencies such as medical issues or conflicts. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians when necessary. Support a nurturing, respectful, and structured residential environment.
