- Manage Checkin/Checkout using Hotel Management System Software - Be courteous to the guests and ensure their satisfaction. Responsible for handling guest complaints/issues - Coordinate room cleaning and maintenance, by interfacing with the housekeeping manager and room boys. - Sole responsibility of the cash register during shift.
