The ideal candidate will bridge engineering and sales teams by converting customer requirements into workable and cost-effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications. Prepare concept designs, general arrangement drawings, and preliminary BOMs. Work closely with sales, estimation, and engineering teams to formulate competitive and technically sound proposals. Assist in technical presentations and clarification meetings with clients. Develop technical documentation including design basis, compliance statements, and project execution methodology. Ensure proposals align with industry standards, client expectations, and company capabilities. Participate in cost estimation and risk evaluation with estimation teams. Maintain a repository of standard proposals, designs, and costing templates for future reference. Key Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in proposal engineering or design estimation roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design tools. Understanding of fabrication, layout, and industrial product design practices. Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills. Good verbal and written communication to interface with internal teams and clients. Qualification - Mechanical
