Maintain detailed records of collection activities and customer interactions. Follow up on payment commitments to ensure timely collections. Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and implement collection strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
