This role requires hands-on experience in mile-ops (first, middle, or last-mile logistics), team leadership, cash-on-delivery processes, and pharmaceutical warehouse operations. Candidates with backgrounds in quick-commerce/instant-delivery platforms will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Mile Operations Management Plan, monitor, and optimize first/middle/last-mile delivery routes to maximize on-time performance and cost efficiency. Coordinate with external carriers and in-house drivers to meet stringent delivery SLAs. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10–20 delivery associates and drivers. Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and safety briefings. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Handling Implement and enforce standardized COD procedures, ensuring accurate collection, reconciliation, and timely handover to finance teams. Resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records.
