Job Title: Telecaller & Course Counselor Company: Institute of Medical Science and Research Location: Kalidaspur, Infront of Chandravaga Hotel, Sahadev Khunta, Balasore Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers and Course Counselors to join our dynamic admissions and outreach team. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators, capable of building rapport with potential students, and guiding them toward the right academic path. Key Responsibilities: Telecaller: Make outbound calls to prospective students. Provide information about medical and paramedical courses. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. Handle inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally. Course Counselor: Counsel prospective students regarding course offerings, eligibility, and career opportunities. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses. Follow up with interested candidates and assist with the admission process. Maintain records of inquiries and conversions. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and local languages. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or a related field (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical education is a plus.
