Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the beam saw machine. Maintain accurate production and machine logs. Communicate with supervisors and other team members regarding production issues and suggestions for improvement. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Proven experience operating a beam saw or panel saw machine in a manufacturing or woodworking environment. Strong understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Preferred Skills: Experience with CNC beam saw machines . Familiarity with optimization software.
