Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably Building materials, furniture, Paints companies).
Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively and meet potential franchise partners.
