Role Overview

creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Creation

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website.
  
• Repurpose existing material and create engaging posts, reels, videos, and carousels.
  
• Collaborate with designers/photographers for visuals.
  
• Tag products on Instagram to drive website traffic and conversions.
  

2. Paid Media Strategy

• Recommend and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  
• Prepare ad proposals for management approval.
  
• Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets to maximize ROAS.
  

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key metrics: engagement, website traffic, abandoned carts, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROAS.
  
• Provide actionable insights with monthly performance reports.
  

4. Optimization & Growth

• Enhance organic reach through creative strategies.
  
• Identify trends to improve engagement and conversions.
  
• Work with the website team to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree
  
• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics.
  
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, abandoned cart recovery & SEO basics.
  
• Strong communication, planning, and creative skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize strategies.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  
• Basic design/video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  
• Familiarity with remarketing strategies & email marketing tools.
