We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who lives and breathes digital ads — someone who can turn strategy into sales and data into growth.

💼 Responsibilities:

Run and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Track & improve ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions.

Create ad copies, visuals & A/B tests that actually convert.

Manage ad budgets — scale what works, pause what doesn’t.

Collaborate with design, video & e-commerce teams for campaign synergy.

Work on lead generation + e-commerce conversion campaigns.

🧠 You’ll Excel If You Have:

1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ad Manager.

Deep understanding of audiences, funnels & analytics.

Knowledge of E-commerce ad optimization.

A creative + data-driven mindset.

🛍️ 2️⃣ E-Commerce Manager

We’re looking for a smart, proactive E-Commerce Manager who knows how to make brands sell smarter and scale faster across every online platform.

💼 Responsibilities:

Manage listings, pricing & content across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, Shopify, and more.

Plan & execute festive offers, sale campaigns & promotions.

Coordinate with design, marketing & production teams for product visuals.

Handle inventory, dispatch & backend operations.

Analyze sales, ROI & traffic insights to scale growth.

Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team for marketplace visibility.

Explore new B2B/B2C & multi-designer retail platforms.

🧠 You’ll Excel If You Have:

1+ year of experience in multi-platform E-commerce management.

Strong command over Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central & Shopify dashboards.

Working knowledge of Excel & product analytics.

Creative + analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Ownership attitude with hunger for brand growth.
