Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Nature Trail’s Resorts by Thomas Cook in Rishikesh. The role involves managing daily resort operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and creating and implementing strategies for growth. The individual will collaborate with various teams to maintain high service standards, oversee team performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes engagement with guests to ensure satisfaction and handling any queries or concerns promptly.
