Job Title: UI/UX, Web & Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX, Web & Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand user behavior, and be comfortable working across web, mobile, and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and web apps
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups
• Conduct basic user research and usability improvements
• Ensure consistency in design systems, colors, typography, and components

Web Design

• Design responsive website layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability

Graphic Design

• Create marketing creatives: social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, presentations
• Design logos, brand assets, and visual identities
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials

Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams
• Take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus, not mandatory)
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of motion graphics or tools like After Effects (bonus)
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX, web, and graphic design work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
