Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX, Web & Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand user behavior, and be comfortable working across web, mobile, and marketing creatives . Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and web apps Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups Conduct basic user research and usability improvements Ensure consistency in design systems, colors, typography, and components Web Design Design responsive website layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile) Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability Graphic Design Create marketing creatives: social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, presentations Design logos, brand assets, and visual identities Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams Take feedback positively and iterate designs efficiently Required Skills Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (plus, not mandatory) Experience with responsive and mobile-first design Good communication and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in startup or fast-paced environments Knowledge of motion graphics or tools like After Effects (bonus) Portfolio showcasing UI/UX, web, and graphic design work Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
