Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Prayagraj team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech (preferably in the UPSC domain) and a passion for helping students achieve their civil services dreams.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, preferably in the EdTech sector.

• Prior exposure to the UPSC/Civil Services education segment is a plus.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
