3D geospatial visualization, data integration, and interactive mapping applications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GIS applications with a strong focus on Cesium-based 3D visualization.
• Work on geospatial data modeling, analysis, and visualization.
• Integrate GIS solutions with databases, APIs, and external data sources.
• Optimize performance for large-scale geospatial datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, stakeholders) to deliver end-to-end GIS solutions.
• Ensure scalability, accuracy, and responsiveness of GIS platforms.
• Stay updated on emerging GIS technologies, WebGL, and 3D mapping frameworks.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in GIS application development.
• Strong expertise in CesiumJS and 3D geospatial visualization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, WebGL, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular preferred).
• Experience with geospatial databases (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of GIS standards, OGC services (WMS, WFS, WMTS).
• Hands-on experience with geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, KML, Shapefiles, 3D Tiles).
• Experience integrating APIs and cloud-based GIS services.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
  

Good To Have (Preferred)

• Experience with Mapbox, Leaflet, or OpenLayers.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (Blender, Unity, Unreal).
• Cloud GIS deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
