Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Python, and MLOps to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing robust AI/ML models that drive business insights and automation initiatives across the organization. This is an onsite role requiring strong technical abilities, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, prediction, and NLP-based solutions.
• Work on end-to-end model lifecycle: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and deployment.
• Build NLP-based solutions such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, topic modeling, LLM fine-tuning, and conversational AI applications.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data pipelines and integrate models into production environments.

MLOps & Deployment

• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), versioning, monitoring, and re-training of ML models.
• Automate model deployment using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of ML systems in production.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and concept drift; manage iterative model improvement cycles.

Programming & Engineering

• Develop clean, production-ready code using Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Build APIs and microservices to expose ML capabilities using Flask/FastAPI/Django.
• Collaborate with backend, data engineering, and DevOps teams to operationalize AI/ML solutions.

Data & Research

• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets, including text-heavy datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical analysis, and visualization.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI/ML, NLP, generative AI, transformers, and LLM advancements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to POCs and innovation projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries:
• scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools:
• MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of model lifecycle management, monitoring, and automation.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for ML deployments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design as related to ML.
• Experience in building production-grade ML services and integrating them with applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work onsite with dynamic teams.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or generative AI.
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Familiarity with real-time ML systems, streaming data (Kafka/Spark).
• Experience in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of model governance, interpretability, and responsible AI practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Self-driven, curious, and passionate about building scalable AI solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
