Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Job Search Specialist (Return to Work). The Job Search Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in their job search efforts by crafting ATS-friendly resumes, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, conducting personalized job applications, and engaging in recruiter outreach. The role also involves providing interview preparation support and ensuring a smooth job search journey for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS-friendly resume crafting and LinkedIn profile optimization
• Knowledge of job application processes and recruiter outreach strategies
• Ability to provide effective interview preparation support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in recruitment, career coaching, or talent acquisition is a plus
