Job Description

Role & responsibilities NPD Engineer will oversee the new parts development activities as per IATF-16949 /ISO Key Responsibilities: Analyzing new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionality for all new product development. Lead new product development projects from concept to market release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PE, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Develop innovative products that meet customer requirements and industry standards. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for new products. Create and maintain detailed documentation including specifications, test plans, and reports. Perform prototype development, testing, and validation. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards. Provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, including post-launch. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development. Proven track record of successfully bringing products to Mass production. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Must have knowledge of APQP/PPAP/ISO/ IATF-16949 Skills: - AutoCAD 2D software Good understanding of drawing Prototyping Risk assessment Process design Compliance regulation
