Greetings from RGF!!! We have an opportunity with Japanese MNC for Deputy Manager / Purchase in Gurgaon. About the company: It sells transmission parts and other products to automotive OEMs in the Indian region, develops new business, and market. Please find attached the JD below. Forging/Machining/Heat treatment product development Costing of Forging and machining processes Supplier development Tool and fixture development knowledge Manage commodities such as Forging, Ferrous casting, •Aluminium Die casting price negotiation & cost movements w.r.t change in commodity price. Price management of forging, Ferrous casting parts such as gear blanks, case differential from India. Costing of parts & setting cost target to meet customer expectation. Negotiation with supplier to meet target cost & setting up contracts for future reference. Co-ordination with Global plants to manage component development process & schedule. Managing monthly & long term forecast from Capacity confirmation viewpoint. Managing Quality problems & co-ordination with global team to address the shortage & supply concerns.
