Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Post jobs, screen candidates, assist with interviews, and manage the hiring process.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Oversee new employee orientation and manage exit processes.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and support management.
Performance Management: Assist with employee evaluations and development plans.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Training & Development: Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
Health & Safety: Support workplace safety and health regulations.
