We are looking for a dynamic Manager to handle both Business Development and Client Servicing responsibilities in the digital media domain. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in managing client relationships, executing performance-based campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external clients.
Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
Execute and scale digital campaigns (CPI, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPV) across mobile and web platforms
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing clients
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and performance reporting
Analyze customer behavior for account profiling and segmentation
Implement CRM tools and practices for effective relationship management
Manage escalations and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
