About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
finance process re-engineering
across P2P, O2C, R2R, treasury, and compliance.
Drive adoption of
automation tools
including RPA, AI/ML, OCR, and ERP enhancements to reduce manual interventions and improve accuracy.
Strengthen
ERP modules (SAP/Oracle)
and ensure seamless integration with allied business systems.
Implement automated controls, audit trails, and workflows to ensure compliance and risk management.
Establish a
single source of truth
for finance data with real-time dashboards for revenue, cost, receivables, and profitability.
Champion
change management
by training finance teams and ensuring smooth transition from manual to digital.
Define and track KPIs for efficiency, turnaround time, error rates, and ROI from automation initiatives.
Explore emerging technologies such as AI-based forecasting, predictive analytics, and blockchain to enhance future readiness.
