PFB JD for Desktop Support Engineer :

Minimum 1 year experience required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application and Windows operating systems (10 / 11)
Installation,Configuration and Troubleshooting Outlook / Printers / PC / Network
Maintains,analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Documents,maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
Knowledge of DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy.
Support the following tec
hnologies: Microsoft Office 2021, Office-365, products Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows 10 / 11, desktops, laptops, printers, NICs, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.
Monitor daily backups.
Should have Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, and Linux.
Good communication skills, Teamwork, ITIL Knowledge, Awareness of IT Process.
Graduate/Diploma, A+, N+, MCSA / MCSE will be additional advantage
