Job Opportunity | Desktop Support Engineer - Navi Mumbai

PFB JD for Desktop Support Engineer :

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application and Windows operating systems (10 / 11)
• Installation,Configuration and Troubleshooting Outlook / Printers / PC / Network
• Maintains,analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents,maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge of DC / ADC / AD / Group Policy.
• Support the following tec
• hnologies: Microsoft Office 2021, Office-365, products Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows 10 / 11, desktops, laptops, printers, NICs, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.
• Monitor daily backups.
• Should have Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Mail Server, and Linux.
• Good communication skills, Teamwork, ITIL Knowledge, Awareness of IT Process.
• Graduate/Diploma, A+, N+, MCSA / MCSE will be additional advantage
• Preferred only male candidates.
• Preferred Location- Near by Thane and Navi Mumbai Only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
