QMS Audit Executive: Handling certification process daily activities like - follow ups, reporting escalations, updating and verification of process data. Conducting internal audits as per applicable standards, preparing audit reports. Coordinating for obtaining Customer Satisfaction Survey. Imparting ISO awareness / QMS awareness trainings/ Refreshers training. Good knowledge about Data Protection related standards like GDPR, India PDP, etc. is essential. Good knowledge about Quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001:2022 and SSAE 18. Good knowledge about ITGC controls. Ability to manage team. Good Team Player. Good Communication. Good Knowledge on MS office/Excel / PPT. Ability to learn and grasp new task and things.
