ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CSM module and their functionalities.
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript for writing scripts, business rules, and client scripts to support configurations.
Configuration Management: Skills in configuring ServiceNow instances, including forms, fields, and workflows.
User Administration: Knowledge of managing user roles, permissions, and access controls within ServiceNow.
Integration: Intermediate level experienced with REST and SOAP APIs for troubleshooting integrations with other systems.
Database and Reporting Skills: Understanding of database concepts, along with experience in generating reports and dashboards.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ability to create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices and participation in sprint planning and reviews.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong communication skills to assist end-users and stakeholders effectively.
