Job Description

We are looking for a
ServiceNow CMDB professional with 6+ years of experience

Exp level - 6 Years

The role involves
end-to-end CMDB design, integration, implementation, analysis, and governance
.
ServiceNow CMDB
experience is
mandatory
, including CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
Strong hands-on expertise in
SQL databases
and
query analysis
is mandatory.
The candidate must have experience in
CMDB data handling, normalization, reconciliation, and quality management
.
Hands-on exposure to
SQL Server administration
, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is required.
Experience with
automation or scripting
using PowerShell or Python is mandatory.
The role requires working closely with
clients and cross-functional infrastructure teams
.
Familiarity with
ITIL processes and ITSM tools
, especially ServiceNow, is required.
Knowledge of
cloud environments and database migration
from on-prem to cloud is preferred.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
are mandatory.
The job location is
Pune, Bangalore, or Chennai
.
