Job Title : Senior Oracle ERP Developer

Required Experience : 7+ years

Work Mode: WFO-4 Days from Office.

Shift Time : UK Shift Time-12:00 PM IST to 09:00 PM IST.

Location : Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Developer with strong expertise in Oracle 11i Applications and Oracle PL/SQL programming.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Supply chain, Logistics, Warehouse management concepts, and Finance modules, with the ability to design, develop, and support ERP solutions that enhance business operations.

The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and extensions in Oracle ERP 11i.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, and finance processes.
• Support existing Oracle ERP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Integrate ERP modules with WMS, supply chain, logistics, and finance systems.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Provide technical support during UAT and production deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle ERP 11i Applications.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management concepts, and Finance modules (EDI,Order to Cash, Inventory, AR, AP, GL, Direct Procurement).
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying ERP customizations and extensions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Oracle R12 or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Knowledge of integrations with 3PL, WMS, and financial systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
