Job Description

Job Opening: Recruitment Development Manager (RDM) Life Insurance

Locations:

Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Allahabad, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Kolkata

Salary:

4 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives

Experience:

2 10 years in Sales

Achieve Life Insurance sales goals through effective recruitment development.
Recruit, train develop agents on a commission basis.
Supervise agent activity plans to ensure performance targets are met.
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System.
Motivate promote agents through the Career Progression Program .
Encourage use of CRM Agent Portal for customer management and cross-selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred).

Qualifications Skills

Graduate in any stream.
Excellent communication interpersonal skills .
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for results.
High confidence maturity .
Stable past employment history.
Well-networked in the local area with proven sales track record.
