About the Role

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and dynamic female Office Executive to manage administrative operations, schedule & attend meetings, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates with prior exposure to Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) or related infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Handle documentation, correspondence, and filing related to STP projects.
• Provide support in presentations, reports, and client communication.
• Assist project and technical teams in coordination and office administration.
• Act as a responsible point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred).
• Knowledge/experience in STP, wastewater, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Smart, confident, and presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently and handle multitasking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
