Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - CMG

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing person to work with our regional corporate Marketing group. This role focuses on strategizing and driving the regional Marketing efforts that include new product promotion, building and driving Marketing plans, digital marketing, Key account management, Customer relationship management, and Customer delight.

Qualification:

Any Engineering Graduate (Preferable Chemical Engineering) , MBA Marketing preferred

Experience:

8 - 14 years of experience in B2B marketing

Location:

  • To manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
  • Working closely with the product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and test the most effective ways to grow the business.
  • Leverage customer feedback, market research and data analytics to gain deep insights into customer need, preferences and behaviors.
  • Drive the research of the demands for products and services basis customer need identification backed with market research.
  • To spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
  • To conduct meetings regularly with account managers to review the pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure the team is consistently performing above standard.
  • To attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows to create new leads and enquiry.
  • Heading the planning and organizing of company events, trade fairs, and promotional events, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
  • Pilot projects and research on competitors and evaluate the companys strategies to match or edge out the competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to evaluate and plan product pricing strategies targeting profit maximization and triumphant capture of market shares, keeping customer delight insight.
  • Key account management responsible for driving both game and non- game time with customer. Responsible for building a details Account based marketing plan to drive wallet share gain on the existing key accounts
  • Regional leadership Provide operational leadership to all the regional team in the region both marketing and sales to drive business development, marketing, customer engagement and brands positioning of IEIL product and service.
  • Talent development and team building – Attract, develop and retain top marketing talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
  • Regulatory compliance – ensure all marketing activities and communication adhere to the relevant regulatory requirement, industry standards and best practice.
