Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with security protocols and user access management within Workday. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
