• Extensive knowledge of assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions. Considerable knowledge of corporate tax including tax research, compliance and consulting within an international taxation environment. Considerable knowledge of public accounting practices, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
• Extensive technical skills in structural realignment, cash and financial statement effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross-border flows. Extensive experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. • Contribute in driving the US international compliance projects by working closely with ET teams and ensure all US international forms filings are completed. Along with Compliance also show the skill set to work on Consultative opportunities coming out from Compliance attributes.
• Train and develop team technically both from a compliance and consulting work stream perspectives and focus on increasing the IAC book of business.
• Through knowledge on the softwares being used to prep US International forms like OIT, Corptax, GoSystems to name a few.
• Experience: 7+ years.
• Demonstrates success as tax technical business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services and doing so with a "One Firm" service mindset. Preferred familiarity with a CRM system.
• Demonstrates knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to: Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients; and, Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
