Job Description

Manage Direct & Indirect Tax, GST, TDS, ITR, audits, TP, and tax compliance for multiple SPVs. Review contracts, handle litigation, optimize tax for RE projects, and maintain SAP tax setups. Coordinate with teams and advisors.

Required Candidate profile

CA with 3–8 yrs in Direct/Indirect Tax, GST, audits, TDS, TP, and litigation. SAP mandatory. Infra/Renewable/EPC/SPV experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
