Role & responsibilities

Jigs & Fixtures Management knowledge & experienced in maintaining
jigs, fixtures, corrections, Poka yoke validation, Wear parts maintenance, PU pads set up correction etc.,
Inspection of Jigs and Fixtures as per schedules available at Tool Room for Guide Bush Locating Pins etc.
Identify the parts (Dowel pins, bush, springs, other wear parts) for replacements.
Identifying the parts needing immediate corrective action.
Identifying the parts / jigs / fixtures needing Total reconditioning.

Designation: Section Head, Team Leader, Engineers, Junior Engineers, Technicians

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
