Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding the right talent to support our growing technology teams. Location:Chennai Gender:Only Male candidates. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements. Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
