Job Description

Role & responsibilities Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experience in BIM/ Revit Modeler/ Engineer. He / She should have good visualization skills and ability to work on projects in Pharmaceutical, Food , Industrial and Mixed-use complex etc. Experience in working on modelling, coordination and managing International Projects. Create detailed digital models of buildings and structures using BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD Create and develop architectural, civil & structure models in Revit software. Should be able to understand or read the civil structural drawings. Create realistic 3D Images of the models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop plans and designs. Revise and update models according to changes in project specifications. Generate accurate visualizations for project presentations and reviews. Implement BIM standards and procedures for the design team. Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks. Assist project teams in BIM project setup. Experience of BIM-360 must Strong knowledge of Revit is essential. Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2017 and above). Experience in preparing general arrangement in all stages of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail design, GFC & As Built. Ability to independently carry out accurate 2D AutoCAD or 3D Revit Coordination work for Rooms / Corridor / Riser / Plant area etc. Should have sound knowledge of various aspects of building services including HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical Pipework for Heating / Cooling, Domestic Water Supplies, Gases, Sprinkler and Drainage systems. Clash detection and clash resolution Revit & Navisworks. Create Parametric Revit Families. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a BIM Designer or similar role minimum 7 years Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of architectural design and construction practices. Excellent visual and spatial awareness. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field. Ability to learn and work using various services standard and building codes. Ability to get quickly trained on new software and client standards. Able to communicate in written and spoken English must. Display positive attitude like flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy. Experienced user of MS Office. Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
