Create detailed digital models of buildings and structures using BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD Create and develop architectural, civil & structure models in Revit software. Should be able to understand or read the civil structural drawings. Create realistic 3D Images of the models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop plans and designs. Revise and update models according to changes in project specifications. Generate accurate visualizations for project presentations and reviews. Implement BIM standards and procedures for the design team. Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Expert user of AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks. Assist project teams in BIM project setup. Experience of BIM-360 must Strong knowledge of Revit is essential. Excellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2017 and above). Experience in preparing general arrangement in all stages of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail design, GFC & As Built. He should be able to analyze data, write reports, and deliver presentations to various stakeholders. To be successful as a planning engineer, he should demonstrate a sound knowledge of the relevant Engineering discipline and be able to anticipate problems. Outstanding planning engineers should have great attention to detail and be able to handle stress well. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
