Job Title: Assistant Manager -

Travel Desk Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Travel Desk to manage international flight bookings, visa processing, and overall travel arrangements for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel management and excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate international flight bookings for employees.
Assist with visa applications and ensure compliance with travel regulations.
Provide travel-related support and information to employees.
Maintain relationships with travel vendors and negotiate contracts.
Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare travel reports and analyze travel data for cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel management or related role.
Proficient in travel booking systems and tools.
Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes.
